This is [info]theferrett's special Blog-A-Thon journal, available only to those who contribute money to his Saturday, July 17th charity drive!

Thus far, I have raised $2018.52 for The National Hemophilia Association. But I need more. And yet for charity, I will beg; I want to make at least $1,000 this year, and I'll do whatever it takes to honor my Uncle Tommy's name.

Thus far, I have promised to write about the following topics in my twenty-four hour blogging frenzy:

  1. My description of The Guthrie Party, in two parts (though sadly, the stories I have to tell are notoriously light on Guthrie)
  2. The finest drunk driving story I possess
  3. Why most comic shop proprietors act like they've never seen a girl before
